Who will I be voting vote?
You will be voting for the next district leadership for the 2024-25 term. The officers to be elected are the District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director and six Division Directors.
Do I have to register in order to Vote?
Yes, You are required to register to vote before Thursday, May 16th, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
Can I Vote?
You can vote if you are a club President, Vice-President of Education and/or a District Executive Committee Member.

Can you tell me about proxy votes?
A proxy vote occurs when a voting member is unable to attend and sends someone else on their behalf. Per Toastmasters Governing Documents article X, ONLY the Presidents and VP-Education can assign their votes to each other. Any other club officer or member may NOT carry a proxy.
I am a non-voting delegate, can I still attend?
Yes, everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.
